Searching answers a price question here and now — nothing is generated and nothing is sent until you choose a recipient below.
Prices shown are the list price excluding GST. The sheet you send adds each item’s own GST rate and, for MSRP, the standard markup.
A brand button selects everything currently on that brand.
Chosen fresh every time — there is no default. The list price is a partner price; MSRP is a retail price.
The customer gets an email with links to download the PDF and the Excel workbook. Both are saved in Books → Documents first, and the send is recorded on the customer’s record. To keep a copy yourself, send it to your own address.
Pick the customer and the send is logged on their record, so it shows in their history the next time anyone opens them here, and their address is used automatically. Type an address instead and the send is logged on the shared price-list record, where it will not show up in that partner’s history. The files themselves are never saved onto a customer’s record — a Books contact holds only ten files, and those belong to their invoices and agreements.
The PDF is watermarked with the customer’s name on every page. The Excel is editable, so anything sent in it can be tidied up and passed on with our name off it — send it only when they genuinely need to work in the numbers.
